What happens if you do not renew:
Suspension of your certifications during which time they will not be recognized by the CHEK Institute
Denied access to the CHEK Forum
Removal from the CHEK Institute web registry listing 
Lose the right to advertise yourself as a CHEK Institute-trained Professional
Points required each 2 year renewal period:
Standard renewal fee 50 professional development credits (But if your first certification see below)
How do you get points?
CHEK Institute Courses and Certifications Professional development programs - many associated disciplines
Tests/Quizzes Client case histories for CP3 and CP4
Submitting articles Get published
Book review Present at a convention
Completing a section of the PassBook

Grace period: There are no additional fees for late renewal for 2006

Late renewal in Oct or Nov - additional USD20
Late renewal between Dec to Mar - additional USD40
