WHY ALL THE FUSS ABOUT POSTURE?

I am sure you have heard the word posture a thousand times in your life. I am also quite sure it is likely that no one ever explained what posture really means to the triathlete, or any athlete for that matter. To do that, we need only look at accepted definitions of the term:

POSTURE IS THE POSITION FROM WHICH MOVEMENT BEGINS AND ENDS. Simply stated, this means that if you begin any movement or motion in a position of poor posture, you will definitely end the motion in a position of poor posture. The result, accelerated wear and tear on your joints!

HLC 3consists six-days of training. The focus of this course is how to work around the challenge of the patient/client that has hit a plateau with the principles taught in HLC 2. In this program, Dr.Oliver teaches many useful low-tech tests that offer valuable information regarding the state of your client’s autonomic nervous system and overall physiology. These tests often determine the need for more comprehensive lab tests.

Paul's contribution to HLC 3 focuses on advanced assessment of organ systems, understanding the metaphysical implications of common health problems, how to decipher complex information from complex patients and put together an effective coaching and treatment plan of action
