The evening will start at 6.45pm sharp with an introduction by Professor Ann Moore. Each of the five speakers will then give a 12 min presentation. There will then be a break during which time the audience will be able to submit questions (see further note below) for the debate which will begin after the break.

The debate will be in the style of BBC's Question Time and allow a selection of the speakers to respond to a question posed by an individual. Ideally, we would like any questions submitted prior to the event via email, so we can group them under common themes. In pre course email confirmation, we will prompt participants for questions they might want to ask, and establish who would be willing to pose the questions to the panel.

You may have noticed a subject change for our Spring seminar weekend. We have decided to present The Scientific Approach to Golf Conditioning lecture on Sunday 25th March.

Golf is one of the fastest rising participation sports in the world and it is a fact that golfers will do anything to hit the ball longer and lower their handicap! But despite all the technological improvements in golf equipment, the average handicap for both males and females has not dropped in the past 16 years. The only way to achieve a lower handicap is to improve the function of the golfer: The person who actually swings the club! That's where the exercise specialist or golf pro can help. By becoming a certified Golf Biomechanic and learning how to improve performance in golfers by addressing golf-specific conditioning you can expand your skills to include a whole new niche.

Our full programme:

Friday 23rd March - Programme Design (CHEK Exercise Coach prerequisite)
Saturday 24th March
- Dynamic Medicine Ball Training (C.H.E.K Level I prerequisite)
Sunday 25th March - A Scientific Approach To Golf Conditioning

C.H.E.K Institute – trained Professional Renewal Guidelines

Please contact the office if you need any further information.

Just one drop of an essential oil can carry as powerful a message as an entire bouquet of flowers. One drop can carry as bio-chemically complex a message as a food or a medicine: It can stimulate our immune activity, open our lungs, enhance our hearing, ease tired and achy muscles, improve flexibility and so much more!

While essential oils are neither food nor medicine, they sometimes act as if they were! They are, in a word, mysterious. They are also unique in nature, different from any other natural product you have ever tried, enhancing every part of your body, mind, and spirit, with just one or two drops at a time.

Now, Young Living is writing a new chapter in the Oil Story, discovering innovative ways to use and benefit from essential oils, through research, farming, formulating of unique essential oils blends, nutritional supplements, fitness and weight management, personal care, education, and its unconditional guarantee of quality.

If you would like to place an order for these powerful oils or any other Young Living products, you will need to set yourself up as a customer by calling UK office phone/order line: +44 (0) 1480 455088, email: europeanorders@youngliving.com Please quote the following distributor number : 912897
