A Word from your European Distributor - Alex MacKenziePaul Chek pursues a unique life purpose to enlighten us all to lead vibrant healthy lives. Paul Chek has a passion that sets him apart; his lectures and workshops are spell binding and distinctively set him on a plane from the rest. Paul has an unlimited energy for knowledge; incessantly reading, constantly evolving the CHEK method that encompasses an integrated process of evaluating our well beingI discovered Paul Chek ten years ago presenting at a conference in the US and was enwrapped with his unique presentation style and technical knowledge. A major realisation took place, that not only was the Personal Training team that I was working with at that time, training their clients in a far from revolutionary method but the whole exercise and health industry needed to review their culture and broaden their outlook in how they treated their clients and patients.Over the past seven years as European Distributor for the CHEK Institute, I have received abundant accounts on how Paul’s work and how it has dramatically altered and improved student’s lives and the clients they treat.Paul travels the world constantly aided by the soul driver of the business, his wife Penny Crozier. Steering him in the right direction to be in the respectable country at the correct convention centre and at the right time!
