Length of course: 8 days (held over 9 days with a day break after day
4)
Prerequisites:
Submission of 10 case histories
demonstrating application of all assessment and programme design skills
learned in Level 1 and 2.

- Review common orthopaedic dysfunction
of the upper quarter
- Biomechanical assessment of the
cervical spine
- Biomechanical assessment of the
shoulder girdle
- Practical training of corrective
exercises for the upper quarter
- programme design considerations for the
upper quarter
- Stability, Strength, Power progressions
for upper quarter exercises
- Practical training in Level III
specific stretching techniques
- Live case study (on availability basis)
